Looks like this is going to be a valid submission for the class C world record.

Please submit the flight times from each flight and average the two.
Once that is complete we will open the membership review process.

After 7 days the record will become official.

Re: Submissions only
A bigger chute will increase flight time. Just be careful and avoid launching on windy days (it will drift away).Teamdbrockets wrote:if i use a bigger parachute,

Re: Submissions only
As big as you can make it and still lift it really high! Too big and it will get too heavy to lift. Nobody but the rocket designer can know for sure how big to make it!Teamdbrockets wrote:how match bigger?
Congrats on the record submission!

Re: Submissions only
nice to see someone claim the record. just wish i had the funds for the equipment necessary to document mine. (still longer time than mine so far, my chute is deploying late or not at all.)

Re: Submissions only
That should do. As long as the each flight is recorded from liftoff to touchdown Please make sure you post the videos from both flights and average the time the rocket in in the air using the onboard video.thunderrockets wrote:and for the onboard camera ,is vga quality ok?
Good Luck
